What we offer
While we provide car-parking spaces within the terms of our office leases, we also have a significant number of 'contract' car-parking spaces which are available for non-office tenants.
Parking spaces are available as follows:
- 1 month - £90 + VAT
- 3 months - £250 + VAT
- 6 months - £450 +VAT
- 12 months - £800 + VAT
All parking is payable in advance, giving you your own numbered space and thus a guaranteed space to park. All current car-park permit holders are assured the first option on renewing their parking for the following year.

There are currently parking spaces available for rent. The advantages of taking a parking space with us are:
- Your own individual, named parking bay
- 3, 6 or 12 month contracts
- 24 hr access, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- 2 minutes from Godalming Train Station
- 5 minutes from the town centre
