Leased Offices

Guardian House is comprised of 4 self-contained office suites each with their own kitchen, toilet facilities and allocated car parking spaces. Individual office sizes range from 41 square metres (450sqft) to 84 square metres (900sqft).

These offices are generally rented on a longer-term lease but we do consider shorter lease options dependant on circumstances. Each office is a follows:

• rental price is exclusive of business rates and service charges
• individual kitchen and toilet facilities
• multiple, numbered parking spaces
• 24hr access / 7 days a week

 

Individual Offices - Rental periods from as little as 1 month

The Maple Suite and the The Chestnut Suite provide individual offices with shared facilities from as little as one month. In total, there are 13 offices of this type ranging in size from 80sqft to 575sqft. Each office is as follows:

• rental price is inclusive of business rates and service charges
• individual, numbered parking space(s)
• metered electricity
• 24/7 access
• individual office alarms
• Intercom system
• reception area for visiting customers / clients
• shared kitchen and toilet facilities
• air-conditioning
• telephone & Internet organised by the incoming tenant for maximum flexibility
